How do I become an affiliate?
To
sign up for our Affiliate Program please contact
a support representative. Sign up is simple and takes no longer
than 5 minutes.

Is there a signup fee?
No, there is no sign up fee.

Are there minimum requirements?
The monthly revenue generated by your accounts must be in excess
of $150.
This amount represents the funds actually received by Pacific Online
in a particular month and not the amount payable to the affiliate.
In order for your reseller account to maintain good standing, you must grow your affiliate portfolio by at least one account every six months.

How is the commission calculated?
The commission is 25% (before taxes) of the funds received from
customers you refer to Pacific Online for the lifetime of the account.

When do I get paid?
A cheque will be sent out with your account statement on the 15th
of every month.
Each cheque will include commission for the previous month.

What currency will I be paid in?
Pacific Online charges customers in both Canadian and US funds.
All customers outside Canada are charged in US funds.
An affiliates commission will be paid in the same currency that
the referred customers are charged in. If an affiliate has customers
charged in Canadian funds and customers charged in US funds then
two checks will be sent to the affiliate, one in each currency.

How do my customers open new accounts?
Once you join the program a promotional code will be assigned to
your account. Your customers can use this code on our order form
or give it to a support representative when opening their account.

How do I ensure customers use my promotional
code?
All customers referred by an affiliate will receive the first month
of service free. Additional discounts and incentives will be offered
from time to time.

What type of reports will I receive?
Each month you will receive a statement detailing all accounts
added during the previous month and all funds received by Pacific
Online in the previous month.
The statement will be sent via e-mail on the first of each month
and a printed copy will be included with each months payment.

Is the Affiliate Program private labelled?
No. Pacific Online will invoice each customer you refer directly
and provide technical support as required.

Do I receive commission on my own accounts?
No. No commission is paid on accounts belonging to an affiliate.
