Billing for ListManager is based on your total message volume and the average size of those messages. 25,000 messages (per month) are included. The number of messages is the total number of emails sent each month. For example if your list contains 1,000 members and you send 10 mailings in a month that would be 10,000 messages.

If you exceed the 25,000 limit you will be charged for the extra messages at a rate of $1.00 for each additional thousand messages.

If your average message size is greater than 20kb you will be charged accordingly. For example if your average message size is 40kb you would be charged $1.00 x 2 per thousand instead.

Automated and administrative messages (subscribers, unsubscribes etc.) are included at no cost. Digest messages count as one message each.
